I love devotions for my sons. I love for them to have different things to read and learn from. Jesus Today has 150 devotions for children. Each devotion has more than one verse on it, which is written out and a short verbiage that goes with the topic for the day. They aren't in any date order, so they can be read in any order that the kids want. These aren't too deep and over the kids heads but they can get them thinking on their own and reading verses on a daily basis. I really like that throughout the book are some inspirational quotes to break up the devotions. This would be a good devotional to have the kids read and talk about in the car on the way to school.
