Captive is a great movie. I remember when I saw a trailer for it, I really wanted to see it. So when I got the opportunity to review it, I took it. I am glad that I was chosen. This movie really drew me into it. The storyline was intense and I couldn't walk away from it because I wanted to see what was going to happen. The main actors did a great job portraying this true story. This movie shows that even in your toughest times, turning to God is the best thing you can do. I love that this film has faith built into it. It seems like there are more christian based movies coming out and that is only a thing that God can make happen. As good as this movie is, it is pretty intense at some parts so it is recommended for pre-teens and older. I wouldn't let my 7 & 8 year olds watch it, but my 10 year old could.
