In 2007, co-founder Christi Skow was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. That's when Canyon Bakehouse began their mission to make a healthy line of bread products. In late 2009, Canyon Bakehouse was founded. Now, they are in 7,500 stores throughout the United States!
What makes their bread different than other Gluten free breads?
* Taste- the #1 reason why people love our products is taste and texture
* Healthy- 100% whole grain, All Natural Ingredients. We use Organic Agave Syrup for a sweetener, an all natural, low glycemic sweetener. We use Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
*Free of Gluten, All Nuts, Soy, Dairy and Casein
These products can sit on your shelf for 5-6 days and still taste fresh or you can freeze them for up to 3 months.

Back in November, I had the wonderful opportunity to attend the Moms Meet WOW Summit where I got to meet a lot of great companies that strive to make families healthier. One of the representatives I met was from Canyon Bakehouse. While at the table there, I got to try a few of the different variety of products that they offer. Shortly after getting home, they reached out to me and they asked if I would be interested in doing a blog review! Of course I said yes! I was not expecting the amazing package that they sent me! I could not wait to try everything. My boys loved the Cinnamon Raisin bread. They ate it right out of the bag, and they also loved it toasted with jelly. Normally, every Saturday morning my husband and I will cook bacon and eggs for family breakfast. Week days are so busy so we try to take the time to make family time. So the Saturday after receiving this package, we made our normal eggs and bacon and I added the Cranberry Crunch Muffin to go with it. This was a perfect addition to our breakfast and the whole family enjoyed it!
