I just received the most beautiful bottle of oil. I did not want to open it up and use it! It took me a while to show off the bottle first and then I opened it up. I am so glad that I did! The flavor of oil that I received was the Mediterranean Garlic. I made a chicken and pasta meal using this. I poured some into the bottom of my frying pan and cut up my chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes and fried them. As I was cooking the chicken I poured some into a pot of water to cook some spaghetti noodles. I didn't even think about getting a picture. All we wanted to do was dig into it and eat it! This was a very flavorful meal that my kids even ate with no complaints! There is no strong scent to it and the taste was just right.
