Peppermint Hot Chocolate with Torani

With the weather getting colder, (well just a little bit colder here in Florida), I love drinking hot chocolate.  I am not a coffee drinker or a tea drinker so I use the hot chocolate to warm up on chilly days.  When I found out I was gonna be a part of the Torani Blogger Program I was really hoping that I would get the Peppermint flavored syrup.  I was so excited when I opened my box to see the flavor I wanted.  I had 2 ideas in my head immediately when I opened it:  Peppermint hot chocolate and Peppermint ice cream.  I use 2 packets of the hot chocolate mix in 2 cups of hot water in a measuring cup.  After I heat it up I put in 2 cap fulls of the Torani Peppermint Syrup and a handful of marshmallows.  This is the perfect cup of hot chocolate.  I absolutely love the minty flavor this syrup gives the chocolate.  I have also already used it in a few bowls of vanilla ice cream to give that a minty flavor as well.  I cannot wait for Christmas to get a little bit closer so I can find a cookie recipe that I can use this in.
