Christmas is coming!!! Who is excited? I know I am. I already found a radio station that is playing Christmas music and have it as a preset in my car. My wreath is already on my door and I can't confirm or deny it was up before Halloween. But anyways, one of my favorite things about Christmas time is all the holiday movies! I absolutely love watching all different Christmas movies. One of my favorites is Polar Express. I love the music, characters, and storyline of that movie and I can't wait for it to come on. During Christmas time, I also loving giving. I realize that not every family is fortunate to have a big Christmas and I love helping out wherever possible. It is important for me to teach my boys to also have giving hearts. So we have them go through there clothes and toys that they have outgrown and we donate them either to a thrift store or most the time we just box them up and send to families that we know are in need. Our family has been bless many times throughout the years and now it's our time to give back.
There is a movie coming to theaters on November 22nd. I would love to go see this one for sure. I would be perfect for taking the kids to during Thanksgiving break!
The Man Who Invented Christmas tells the magical journey that led to the creation of Ebenezer Scrooge (Christopher Plummer), Tiny Tim and other classic characters from A Christmas Carol. Directed by Bharat Nalluri (Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day), the film shows how Charles Dickens (Dan Stevens) mixed real life inspirations with his vivid imagination to conjure up unforgettable characters and a timeless tale, forever changing the holiday season into the celebration we know today.
